1. Promo period will be done on the following dates on different platforms:

2. Customers are entitled to join the raffle through a minimum single receipt purchase of P2,500. 1 receipt is equal to 1 e-raffle entry.
3. For electronic raffle - Customer details will be based on the information they have provided in their Order form in Pet Express Website.
4. Deadline for submission of entries is on the last day of the months stated in the promo period.

6. The prizes are not convertible or transferrable to cash.
7. Winners shall be notified via registered email, and SMS, and their names will be posted at the respective E-commerce Platforms where the contest will be held (Lazada/Shopee/Website).
8. A customer can only win once.
9. Winner may claim his/her prize at at Pet Express Megamall or have it delivered on the registered address within 2 weeks from the date of announcement.
10. To claim the prize, winners must present Valid ID upon pick up at Pet Express Megamall.
11. If claiming thru an authorized representative, present the Valid ID, photocopy of winner's ID, and endorsement letter.
12. Prizes should be claimed within sixty (60) days from the receipt of registered notice or it will be forfeited in favor of Pet Express with prior approval of DTI.
13. All employees of Pet Express may include others i.e ad agency, merchants etc. and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promo.
